And I rather proudly made my first loaf of bread after going on the River Cottage Bread Making Course (a year ago) Yep, I know its been a long time coming but it was worth the wait - if I say so myself :-) It was every bit as good as loafs that I buy in the bakery and even from the market at a fraction of the cost. I will certainly not be leaving it another year to bake bread again!

DeleteAhh Thank you :-) It is only a tiny little business at the moment - that I hope to grow - I have some exciting designer ranges coming soon :-) Yes the bread was great - I am planning to bake a loaf for a friend I am seeing tomorrow who has recently had a little baby boy :-) And clearly will be making 2 so I can keep one too!
